Last week we had the opportunity to help train a local youth basket ball team. One of our members generously paid for gym time and staff to bring these boys over for two days to train. Coach Bryan put together a fantastic program for them. It was great to see these guys work. There were speed drills, agility, jumping work and more. Working with athletes to help build their conditioning base is what we do very well. Having members that can help us provide this service when it might not otherwise be possible is amazing. Thanks to all involved.
