The last workout of our trip out to Miami was this.
- 70 Double Unders
- 60 KB Snatches 1 pood
- 50 Box Jumps
- 40 Wall Ball Burpees
- 30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 20 Clean and Jerk 60kg
- 10 Clapping Push Ups

Wall Ball Burpees. Who ever thought of this is a sadistic genius. I’m going to have nightmares about this one.
I was thinking the same thing as Tomio !! Wall ball burpees could be an entire workout on it’s own!!! what the ?? Okay so I’m assuming we will have about 2 hours to complete this? OMG
Oh wait - you used 2 lb wall balls, right???
Add to that the fact that I read “30 Chest to Bear Pullups”. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I wasn’t even that surprised.

Chest to Bear Pull-ups? That would be almost as good a workout as being chained to a bunk bed with a velociraptor.
Seriously, though, that workout looks horrid. And what’s with the clapping push-ups at the end? After everything else, 10 clapping push-ups is pretty weak. Maybe like heavy deadlifts, TGUs, or something else super tough?
They want you to have an opportunity to splash around in your own vomit.
60 KB Snatches in the video are done with 24kg or 1.5 pood.
In the vid the KB snatches were 1.5 pood. I Am CF prescribed 1 pood for their version. Also, our wall ball burpees were wall ball, drop the ball do a push up on the ground, squat clean the ball, rinse and repeat. Much worse than the vid version of that piece. The 60KB snatches at 1.5 pood would have been horrible though…
Nick, the 10 clapping push-ups were horrid. Really. I don’t know how or why, but they just were. I was reduced to singles before I had done three of them.
