We believe that creating a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn about fitness is one of the best ways to build confidence, community, and an appreciation for movement and strength. Our CrossFit Kids program, comprised of our Youth Strength & Conditioning (YSC) classes for boys and girls ages 11-15 years, and our Strong Girls classes for girls ages 8-15 years, is the perfect option to get your kids moving.

YSC (Ages 11-12 and 12-15)

These are co-ed classes that teach and build upon the foundations of fitness, including squats, jumping, pushups, and other basic strength training and gymnastics exercises. These workouts will get young athletes moving and learning in a playful and encouraging environment, and they will help develop confidence, strength, speed, and endurance. While you can schedule one paid drop-in to try these classes out, we do require month-to-month enrollment afterward. Click here for pricing information.

Strong Girls (Ages 8-11 and 12-15)

This is a subset of our CrossFit Kids program specifically for girls. We empower young girls to realize their strength through fun workouts and teamwork.
