Upcoming Events At The Cave
Details: With a combination of parkour and gymnastics our "Ninja" camps are unique. Ninja Warrior and Sasuke veteran Travis Furlanic and several other coaches who have run the Ninja Warrior course will be running kids through a program to develop broad cross functional ability. Kids that come to camp will learn how to navigate obstacles and learn acrobatic elements to develop strength and body awareness. Campers will be exposed to custom built apparatus that mimics a wide variety of obstacles that might need to be overcome.
Camps run 10am to 2pm daily. Kids should bring a lunch each day.
