Adult Gymnastics (Ages 15+)

1 hour or 2 hour classes

Our one- or two-hour-long adult classes are suitable for all experience levels and abilities. Generally, for two-hour classes, the first hour focuses on basic tumbling skills like cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, and back and front handsprings. This can lead into more advanced skills depending on the individual’s needs and goals. During the second hour, we focus on the different apparatus, including uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline. Our one-hour tumbling-only classes usually involve a warm up and basic tumbling into more advanced tumbling. Finally, at the end of both class types, we finish with conditioning—a great way to improve overall strength.

Adult Gymnastics (2 hours)

Monday and Wednesday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Friday 11:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Adult Tumbling (1 hour)

Saturday 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
