A. Deadlift
5-5-5-5-5
B. Partner Workout
As many reps as possible in 12 minutes:
Max Rep Partner Med Ball Toss 20/14LB, 15FT
At the top of each minute perform 5 synchronised burpees. For every drop of the Med Ball Toss perform 5 synchronised Jumping Jacks.
