Winter Break Camp AfterCareBrief summary: all ages 3.5-12 AfterCare for Winter Break Combo CampDetails: Aftercare is from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and is $30.00 per day. Crafts and play in our facility will be provided and supervised. Aftercare will be in both the parkour and gymnastics gym. Please check in with front office daily for pick up location. Early Bird Registration: 20% discount will be applied when signing up 1 month or earlier prior to the camp start date. 10% discount will be applied when signing up 2 weeks before the camp start date. Cancellation Policy: The Cave retains 10% of the camp fee if a client cancels within one month of the camp’s start date; The Cave retains 20% of the camp fee if a client cancels within 2 weeks of the camp’s start date. The Cave retains 100% once the camp begins. Change policy: The Cave retains 10% of the camp fee if a change is made within one month of the camp’s start date; The Cave retains 20% of the camp fee if a change is made within 2 weeks of the camp’s start date or once camp begins. The fee is based on the portion of the camp being changed.
