COVID-19 Opening Procedures and Protocol

Youth Strength and Conditioning is moving outdoors!

We are excited to be able to offer our younger athletes the opportunity to return to the gym, improve their skills, and bond with friends after a long stretch of sheltering in place.

As with the adults in outdoor classes, each athlete will have their own sectioned off workout space, temperature checks will be done at the beginning of every class, classes will be 50 minutes long to allow for sanitizing of equipment between classes, and athletes must arrive and leave wearing a mask (they are not required to wear it during class while maintaining proper distancing).

The following Youth S&C classes are now available:

Monday

  • 4:00 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. (ages 7-12) with Coach Matt

Wednesday

  • 4:00 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. (ages 7-12) with Coach Matt

Thursday

  • 4:30 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. (ages 12-15) with Coach Sami

Friday

  • 4:00 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. (ages 7-12) Strong Girls with Coach Sami
  • 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (ages 7-12) Strong Girls with Coach Sami

Saturday

  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. (ages 12-15) with Coach Sami

Strength and Conditioning Kids, Teens, and Strong Girls

Your Health and Safety is our Top Priority. Our current class offerings for Youth S&C take place outdoors. We have been vigilant about our cleaning and safety procedures and will continue to do so. Additionally, we will continue to monitor and adhere to all of the requirements by the CDC. The safety of our athletes, our staff, and our community is and will remain our number one priority.

Our Youth S&C Mission. We believe that creating a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn about fitness is one of the best ways to build confidence, community, and an appreciation for movement and strength. Our Youth Strength & Conditioning programs, comprised of co-ed classes and our girls-only Strong Girls classes, are perfect options to get your kids moving.

Outdoor Youth Strength & Conditioning (Ages 7-15)

50 min classes

These are co-ed classes that teach and build upon the foundations of fitness, including squats, jumping, pushups, and other basic strength training and gymnastics exercises. These workouts will get young athletes moving and learning in a playful and encouraging environment, and they will help develop confidence, strength, speed, and endurance. While you can schedule one paid drop-in to try these classes out, we do require month-to-month enrollment afterward. Click here for pricing information.

Outdoor Strong Girls (Ages 7-12 and 13-15)

50 min classes

This is a subset of our Strength & Conditioning Kids program specifically for girls. We empower young girls to realize their strength through fun workouts and teamwork. Girls will mentor each other, challenge themselves, and grow stronger together. While you can schedule one paid drop-in to try these classes out, we do require month-to-month enrollment afterward.
