CrossFit
Adult CrossFit Coach
The role of the Adult CrossFit Coach is to guide and motivate athletes through programmed workouts at The Cave. You will work directly under our CrossFit Director.
Our CrossFit Mission: We believe that fitness is one of the best ways to build confidence, community, and an appreciation for movement and strength.
Additional opportunities available if you have experience working with kids. If you have a passion for teaching fitness, please tell us about your athletic and fitness history, coaching and training experience.
CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, Olympic-style lifting, and other fitness credentials are desirable, including CPR.

Strength & Conditioning Kids’ Coach
We are seeking motivated trainers to coach all levels of Strength & Conditioning, from kids to masters athletes. If you have a passion for teaching fitness, please tell us about your athletic and fitness history, coaching and training experience.
Strength & Conditioning, Olympic-style lifting, and other fitness credentials are desirable. Compensation is determined by experience and qualifications. Morning, afternoon, and weekend hours may be required.

Gymnastics
Kids’ Pre-Rec Gymnastics Coach
The Cave in Marin County has immediate openings for Kids’ Pre-Rec Gymnastics Coaches. If you are athletic, highly motivated, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!

Experience working with kids ages 18 months – 5 years is required.

A background in gymnastics and previous coaching experience are pluses.

This is a part-time position with the possibility to go full-time, paid hourly.

Scheduling is flexible.
Morning, afternoon, and weekend hours may be required. The Cave is well known for its excellent coaching style. We will help train you in our highly regarded techniques, our program, and our curriculum.
Recreactional Gymnastics Coach
The Cave in Marin County has immediate openings for Recreational Gymnastics Coaches. If you are athletic, highly motivated, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!

Experience working with kids 6 years – 12 years is required.

Parkour
Parkour Coach
A Parkour coach at The Cave facilitates hour-long classes for kids and teenagers broken up by age and skill level. If you are athletic, highly motivated, and love working with kids and teens, we want to hear from you!
- Experience working with kids ages 7-12 is a plus.
- Background in parkour and previous coaching experience are major pluses.
- Must be able to safely manage a group of 8 (at most) through various activities, including basic strength conditioning, vaulting, running and jumping, landing, swinging, wall runs, and obstacle courses.
- Must be comfortable in front of kids and be able to hold their attention.
- Must have the ability to positively communicate with everyone you come in contact with at the gym.
- Must have enthusiasm for helping people learn.
Pay is competitive; hourly rates will be determined by experience and qualifications.

Events
Event Coach
An Event Coach at The Cave facilitates birthdays, camps and Kids’ Night Out events for kids ages 4-12. If you are excited about athletics, highly motivated, and love working with kids and/or teens, we want to hear from you! Here are some qualifications we are looking for, though there is no experience required. Our ideal Event Coach candidate:
- Has experience working with kids ages 4-12
- Has a background in gymnastics, parkour, or other youth athletics (previous coaching experience is a plus)
- Is available on weekends
- Shows enthusiasm for helping people learn and HAVE FUN!
- Is confident to safely manage a group of 10, at the most, through various activities including but not limited to: warming up, stretching, strength conditioning, vaulting, running, jumping, swinging, and fun games of course!
- Is comfortable in front of kids and be able to hold their attention
- Is comfortable engaging with student’s parents before and after events
- Positively communicate with all co-staff
- Is able to field questions from parents with a customer service mindset
