Gymnastics | Private Coaching

Private Coaching for Individuals and Groups

Beyond regular classes, The Cave offers private coaching for those looking to improve their gymnastics skills. We also offer group class during non-peak hours. For more information, please feel out our Private Request Form or reach out to Roger at Roger@inthecave.com. 

Cancellation policy for private sessions. For private sessions canceled 48 hours before a client’s scheduled session, The Cave retains 50% of coach’s rate. For private sessions canceled 24 hours before a client’s scheduled session, The Cave retains 100% of the coach’s rate.

Seminars

The Cave offers private gymnastics coaching and seminars for small groups and CrossFit affiliates. These seminars are created based on the needs of the participating athletes and coaches and range in time and price. Contact roger@inthecave.com for more details.
