What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance running with functional strength training.
The competition format consists of eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional workout station.

Workout stations include:

  • SkiErg

  • Sled Push

  • Sled Pull

  • Burpee Broad Jumps

  • Rowing

  • Farmers Carry

  • Sandbag Lunges

  • Wall Balls

This consistent format makes HYROX accessible for all fitness levels—from everyday athletes to competitive racers—and provides a powerful, structured approach to building strength and endurance.
