Book our main gym space and open dining area for a unique birthday party at The Cave! Our party staff will set up tables and chairs appropriate to the size of your party, and the kitchen is also available should you want to take advantage of it. Birthday parties at The Cave are 1.5 hours and consist of warm-ups, skill work, structured free play in whichever discipline you choose, and time for celebration. Party hosts are responsible for bringing cake, food, drinks, utensils, plates, cups, tablecloths, and decorations. We have three birthday party themes: Gymnastics, Parkour, and Gymnastics Parkour Combo.

Most updated CDC Guidelines will be followed for the health and safety of coaches and party goers. All parents of party participants must sign a liability waiver prior to attending the party.
