Our two-hour-long adult classes are suitable for all experience levels and abilities. Generally, the first hour focuses on basic tumbling skills like cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, and back and front handsprings. This can lead into more advanced skills depending on the individual’s needs and goals. During the second hour, we focus on the different apparatus, including uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline. Finally, at the end of each class, we finish with conditioning—a great way to improve overall strength. Click here for pricing information.
