June 28th (Sat.) - Ninja Night (age 5-12)Brief summary: Spend an evening at The Cave running obstacle courses, playing games, and making new friends. T-Shirt & Dinner included. Ages 5-12. Drop-off event.Details: Ninja Night is one of our best events! The kids will have a great time running Ninja Warrior style obstacle courses. We will have head to head races, speed runs, games, free play, and one of the local ninja warrior competitors will join the kids in fun and play. This is a drop off event. Includes a pizza dinner and a t-shirt. Ages 5-12. DESCRIPTION We've planned several obstacle courses utilizing both parkour and gymnastics facilities. Courses will vary in size and difficulty. We've planned obstacle courses suitable for 5-12 year old participants. The night will be for practicing ninja warrior skills. It is not set up as a competition, but there will be opportunities to race and be timed through the courses. 1.TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT CLICK THE BLUE RECTANGLE ABOVE. If you don't have an account with us yet, please do that first. When creating an account you'll create one for yourself as a parent, then in your account click the link "add a family member," through which you'll be able to add your kids. Once that is done, go back to Ninja Night event and click the blue rectangle above this description to register your kids for the event. Note! Filling out google form only is not registering for the event, you must click blue rectangle above that says "register" to secure your spot. 2.GOOGLE FORM: Click here for the form It will take you to the google form of this event. There you'll gather more information and will have the ability to let us know grouping preferences (if you'd like to group friends or siblings together), food restrictions, health related information (e.g. allergies), comment, and ask questions. If you have any questions please call, text, or email Andrey - (415) 306- 4907 andrey@inthecave.com POLICIES AND INFORMATION: • If your child is registered and does not attend, you will still be responsible for the cost of the event. • Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 48 hours The Cave will retain 100% of the Ninja Night fee. Prior to 48 hours, you will receive a full credit back on your account. • Ninja Night is for children ages 5 – 12 years old. Children of any other age must be approved by our event organizer (andrey@inthecave.com) prior to the night of the event. • Dinner is served between 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. If your child does not like or is allergic to the meal being provided, please pack a pre-made dinner for him or her. If your child arrives after 6:30 p.m., be aware that dinner will already have been served. • Dinner will be Costco pizza (cheese and pepperoni). Additionally, we'll have gluten free and dairy free pizzas from Amici's. • Gym appropriate clothing: a t-shirt or tank top, shorts, sweats, or leggings. Please, NO dresses, skirts, jeans, belts, or buttons on clothing. Socks and athletic shoes are required. Kids will be barefoot at the gymnastics gym, and must wear socks and shoes at the parkour gym (since they will be playing on metal bars and wooden obstacles) Poorly behaved participants will receive three warnings during the event; upon the third warning, a parent will be called and asked to come pick up the child. Additionally, The Cave observes a zero-tolerance bullying policy. Parents will also be called and asked to come pick up the child if coaches are not able to resolve the issue. • Ninja Night is scheduled from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.— you are welcome to drop off your child within 10min before the start time (between 4:20-4:30pm). No requirement to attend the entire duration of the event, you can pick up your child at any time before 8:30pm. However, do note that for every 15 minutes parents are late for pick-up, a $10 fee will be added to the account to cover staff costs. Thank you for understanding. See you there!
