Flip, Jump, & Run: FREE Open Gym EventBrief summary: Join us for Free Open Gym at The Cave, San Rafael!Details: Join us for a FREE Open Gym Event at our San Rafael location! This event is designed to highlight and showcase our space while bringing greater awareness to everything our facility has to offer. - Drop-in event - Everyone in the community is welcome! - FREE Open Gym for ALL kids, coach's on hand for supervision. - Signed waiver required to participate. - Doors open from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Same day enrollment discounts will be offered! Our new San Rafael facility offers a Rec and Competitive Gymnastics program for both boys and girls. We have state of the art equipment + two foam pits for all skill levels. Programs include Parent & Me (ages 18 months-3), Pre Rec Gymnastics (ages 3-5), Rec Gymnastics (ages 6+), Xcel and Team Gymnastics, and Adult Gymnastics. The facility is also Marin's only competitive Parkour program with full scale Ninja Warrior equipment including four warped walls! Programs include Rec Parkour (ages 7+) and Team Parkour. This event is open to anyone who wants to be a part of the experience - whether you're training, exploring the facility, or simply coming to check out the space. It's a great opportunity to see the gym in action and help us spotlight the energy and movement that make our community special.
