Designed for children ages 5–12, this drop-off obstacle course event lets kids run, climb, jump, and race through exciting Ninja Warrior–style courses in a safe, structured environment. Participants will enjoy head-to-head races, timed speed runs, games, and supervised free play, all while building strength, confidence, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ✔️ Drop-off kids event ✔️ Pizza dinner included ✔️ Event t-shirt included ✔️ Ages 5–12 🏃 Kids Ninja Warrior Obstacle Courses Ninja Night features multiple obstacle courses built using both our parkour and gymnastics facilities. Courses vary in size and difficulty to accommodate different ages and experience levels, ensuring a fun and age-appropriate challenge for all participants. This event focuses on skill development and fun, not formal competition. While it is not a competitive meet, kids will have opportunities to: Race friends head-to-head Complete timed obstacle courses Practice ninja warrior and parkour skills Participate in games and structured free play 📝 How to Register for Ninja Night (Required) Step 1: Event Registration To register your child, click the blue “Register” rectangle above this description. Create a parent account if you do not already have one Add your child by clicking “Add a Family Member” in your account Return to the Ninja Night event page and click Register to secure your spot ⚠️ Important: Completing the Google Form alone does not register your child. Registration is only confirmed after clicking the blue Register button. Step 2: Google Form (Required) Please complete the Google Form after registering. Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 48 hours: 100% of the Ninja Night fee is retained Cancel earlier than 48 hours: Full credit issued to your account Age Requirement: Ninja Night is for children ages 5–12. Children outside this range must be approved in advance by the event organizer (tony@inthecave.com). 🍕 Dinner & Food Information Dinner is served between 6:00–6:30 p.m. Children arriving after 6:30 p.m. should note that dinner will already have been served. Dinner includes: Costco pizza (cheese and pepperoni) Gluten-free and dairy-free pizza from Amici’s If your child cannot eat the provided meal, please send a pre-made dinner. 👕 What to Wear (Required) Children must wear gym-appropriate clothing: T-shirt or tank top Shorts, sweatpants, or leggings 🚫 No dresses, skirts, jeans, belts, or clothing with buttons 🧦 Socks and athletic shoes are required Barefoot in the gymnastics gym Socks and shoes required in the parkour gym due to metal bars and wooden obstacles ⚠️ Behavior Expectations Participants receive three behavior warnings After the third warning, a parent will be contacted for pickup Zero-tolerance bullying policy—if coaches cannot resolve an issue, parents will be called ⏰ Event Schedule & Pickup Policy Event Time: 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Drop-off allowed 10 minutes before start time (4:20–4:30 p.m.) Pickup is allowed anytime before 8:30 p.m. Late pickup fee: $10 per 15 minutes, added to your account to cover staffing costs Why Parents Love Ninja Night Safe, supervised kids ninja warrior program Age-appropriate obstacle courses High-energy physical activity in a structured setting Drop-off convenience with dinner included We look forward to an exciting night of movement, confidence-building, and fun at Ninja Night!
