Drop your child off with us at The Cave for dinner, recreational gym play, obstacle courses, movies, and more. Costumes welcome! Saturday, October 24th is Kids' Night Out: Halloween!: 4:30 pm-9:00 pm DISCLAIMER: PARENT BEWARE, YOUR KIDS ARE IN FOR A (very light) SCARE: We will be playing a game that involves turning off the lights and running around and hiding from 'The Monster' (Coach Nick). This game will be supervised by multiple coaches to ensure safety but if you think that may be frightening for your child, this may not be the event for them. Alternative activities will be available. Dinner: Costco Pizza Arts and Crafts will be available Activities: Games, gymnastics/parkour, and coloring Movie (played 7:30-9:00): Coco (2017) Kids' Night Out is hosted in only the main gymnastics area, not the parkour area or upstairs recreational gymnastics room. If you (or a friend) haven't already done so, fill out our new member registration form online, and then register for the event! KNO POLICIES AND INFORMATION: Early Bird Registration: 10% discount will be applied when signing up before 10/21. - You must sign up for Kids’ Night Out: It can be done in person, on our website (www.inthecave/events.com), or by calling our office (415-927-1630). - Only 8 “same day” spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis (please understand this is for staffing purposes and for your child’s safety). - If your child is registered and does not attend, you will still be responsible for the cost of the event ($82.50). - THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS DAY OF THE EVENT. - Cancellations made before 4:30 p.m on Friday prior to the event will receive a credit to their Cave account. (No refunds once you register. Credits will be on your Cave account. This can be used for future purchases/classes/events at The Cave.) - Dinner is served between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If your child does not like or is allergic to the meal being provided, please pack a pre-made dinner for them. - Attire for this event is gym-appropriate clothing or Halloween costumes. A leotard, t-shirt, or tank top and shorts, sweatpants, or leggings are appropriate. For costumes, please ensure they allow freedom of movement and do not have anything that would inhibit gymnastics activities. Please no dresses, skirts, jeans, belts, or buttons. - Misbehaving children will receive three warnings during the event; upon the third warning, a parent will be called and asked to come and collect the child. - Kids’ Night Out is scheduled from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. — no earlier than 4:30 p.m. and no later than 9:00 p.m. For every 15 minutes parents are late for pick-up, a $10.00 fee will be added to the account to cover staff costs.
