Youth Strength and Conditioning | Kids, Teens, and Varsity

Our Youth S&C Mission. We believe that creating a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn about fitness is one of the best ways to build confidence, community, and an appreciation for movement and strength. Our Youth Strength & Conditioning programs are perfect options to get your kids moving. See full descriptions below:

CrossFit KIDS (Ages 8-12) and TEENS (Ages 12-15)

55 min classes

These are co-ed classes that teach and build upon the foundations of fitness, including squats, jumping, pushups, and other basic strength training and gymnastics exercises. These workouts will get young athletes moving and learning in a playful and encouraging environment, and they will help develop confidence, strength, speed, and endurance. While you can schedule one paid drop-in to try these classes out, we do require month-to-month enrollment afterward. Click here for pricing information.

CrossFit Varsity (Ages 15-18)

60 min classes

CrossFit Varsity is a training program for high school athletes (ages 15-18), geared toward increasing fitness outside of an athlete’s respective sport(s). It’s a great opportunity to train alongside athletes of a similar age, with similar goals, in a heavily coached and detail-oriented environment.
If your high school athlete is looking to become more explosive, increase coordination, and/or enhance stamina, have them join us! CrossFit Varsity will utilize the foundational movements of CrossFit, in addition to other Strength and Conditioning modalities, to give a complete and challenging training session each day. Click here for pricing information.

Strong Girls [Suspending for Summer 2022] (Ages 8-12 and 12-15)

This is a subset of our Youth Strength & Conditioning program specifically for girls. We empower young girls to realize their strength through fun workouts and teamwork. Girls will mentor each other, challenge themselves, and grow stronger together. While you can schedule one paid drop-in to try these classes out, we do require month-to-month enrollment afterward.
