Another Bridge Run in the Bag
We had a great time this morning down at the Golden Gate Bridge for the 13th annual Epic Bridge Run. Another small group with Julian and Chris in attendance. The workout was “Catch 22”.
Start with a 1.5(ish) mile run from the north side of the bridge to the shoreline on the south side.
Then
22 Minute AMRAP
22 Rock Press
22 Double unders
22 Push ups
22 Hollow rocks
22 Foot Rabbit Run
Then the 1.5 mile run back to the north end of the bridge.
