 “Don’t Drop The Baby”

Partner Workout

As many rounds as possible in 22 minutes:

2 Devils Press 50/35LB
14 Sit Up
22 Double Under

This is performed in teams of two athletes. Athlete A starts performing the AMRAP while Athlete B completes a 200M Run with a 20LB Med Ball. When Athlete B returns, both athletes must complete 11 Partner Med Ball Throws. After completion of the Med Ball Throws, Athlete A goes for a 200M Med Ball Run. Athlete B picks up the AMRAP where Athlete A left off. If the Med Ball touches the ground at any point 10 Synchronized Burpees must be completed by both athletes.
