Flipping Over the Valley – Meet Recap at Mastery of Sport, Napa

Our second competition of the season is in the books! The Cave team had a great showing at the “Flipping Over the Valley” meet hosted at Mastery of Sport in beautiful Napa, CA. There were plenty of highs, a few challenges, and—most importantly—lots of growth and progress across the board.

We’re incredibly proud of how our athletes performed. Each gymnast showed improvement from our first meet, especially in poise, confidence, and execution. The hard work in the gym is paying off, and it’s exciting to see their progress unfold on the competition floor.

Highlights:
🌟 Level 3 athletes made major strides on floor and beam, showing increased polish, confidence, and performance quality.
🎉 A special shoutout to Grace Young, who placed 4th All-Around—way to go, Grace!
👏 And of course, a huge congratulations to all our gymnasts for their dedication, resilience, and team spirit throughout the event.
