Hi there Cave Community,

December Holiday Hours

The Cave will be closed for the Holidays from 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 24 – Friday, January 1. All regular Adult and Youth S&C, Gymnastics, and Parkour classes are cancelled during this time. Note: classes will occur up until 12:00 p.m. on December 24. All classes will resume as regularly scheduled on Saturday, January 2.

SPECIAL SCHEDULE! For Strength and Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning department will host a limited workout schedule during The Cave’s Holiday Closure.  All of the classes will be listed and available for registration on our website, but we have also posted the list here for your convenience.

Please note that all of our safety guidelines will remain during the holiday break, so please be sure to register for class to ensure your spot.  If we notice that our classes are full and there is demand, we will work on opening more times to be available for your participation.
