WOD 2.7.21

A. Every minute for 10 minutes:

3 Chest to Bar Pull Up
4 Pull Up
5 Toes to Bar

Modify the movements and the repetitions to something that you can sustain for all 10 minutes.

B. As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

Hand Release Push Up

Any break in set athlete must Run 100M. For the push up feet must be on a 20KG plate. Athlete may rest only in a plank or chest on floor hands up. If knees, thighs or waist touch the ground it is a break in set.
