B. Every 2 minutes for as long as possible:

1 Clean & Jerk 102/70KG

From 2:00 – 4:00
2 Rope Climb
2 Clean & Jerk

From 4:00 – 6:00
2 Rope Climb
3 Clean & Jerk

Continue adding 1 rep to Clean & Jerk each interval for as long as you are able.
