A. Partner Workout

For Time:

100 Pull Up
100 Overhead Lunge w/ Plate
100 Toes 2 Bar
100 Ground to Overhead w/ Plate
100 Burpee Over Plate

In teams of two, only one athlete working at a time. Males use a 20KG Plate, Females use a 15 KG Plate.
