Closed for USAG Congress Event

The 2023 USA Gymnastics National Congress and Trade Show is scheduled this Friday-Sunday, August 25-27 in San Jose, CA. Many of our gymnastics coaches will be attending in order to improve upon our program.

Note ALL gymnastics classes on Friday and Saturday, August 25-26, as well as Open Gym on Sunday, August 27, at The Cave are cancelled.

Cancelled classes apply to our gymnastics program only (*students enrolled in cancelled classes will automatically be credited). All Parkour and CrossFit classes will be happening as regularly scheduled.
