Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday Closure

Hello Cavers,

The Cave will be closed for the holidays from December 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM through January 1, 2026.

CrossFit hours:

  • Wednesday, 12/24 – Morning classes only (5:15/6:15/7:15/9:00/10:00 AM)
  • Thursday, 12/25 – CLOSED 
  • Friday, 12/26: Morning classes only 5:15/6:15/7:15/9:00/10:00 AM
  • Saturday, 12/27 and Sunday 12/28: Normal schedule
  • Monday, 12/29-Wednesday 12/31: Morning classes only (5:15/6:15/7:15/9:00/10:00 AM)
  • Thursday, 1/1/2026 – CLOSED 
  • Friday, 1/2/2026 and beyond – Normal class schedule

All schedules will resume as normal on January 2, 2026. Have a safe and happy holidays.
